2011 Workshop on Baryon & Lepton Number Violation THIRD INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP (BLV2011)

You can book your private transportation or shared ride from the McGhee-Tyson Airport (TYS) to the Edgewater Hotel in Gatlinburg, TN. If you are not inclined to wait, you are traveling with several people, or you are not staying at the host hotel; you may prefer to reserve a private sedan or SUV. If you book a private sedan or SUV, the pricing is per vehicle, not per person.

Shared rides are most convenient if you do not mind to wait a few minutes, you would like to meet other people attending the conference, or if you prefer the more economical option.

Upon arrival at (TYS) McGhee-Tyson Airport, please proceed out of security past the waterfall, and go down the escalator to baggage claim. We will have a table with a sign for the conference for you to check-in with ground transportation. Transportation MUST be booked in advance, no on-site reservations are allowed.

All pricing is for roundtrip and must be paid in advance, no refunds for unused portions of transportation, and please email us with any changes in your arrival/departure flight information.

Please note: Please Note: Shared Ride is per person roundtrip. Private Sedan/SUV is roundtrip and can be divided by the number of people in your party. Shared ride clients may have to wait up to 45 minutes to fill the vehicle, prior to departure to Gatlinburg. There will be scheduled return times to the airport for shared rides.
